Delivery Policies

Domestic

1) The standard production lead time for ready stock items in Malaysia is 1-2 days (No Logo Printing) and 8-14 days (With Logo Printing) depending on the printing requirement and quantity purchased

2) Custom order for you from our local factories, standard production Lead time 12-45 days depending on the printing requirement and quantity purchased, etc.

3) Standard items that are ready stock in Malaysia will be delivered same days within Klang Valley and between 2 to 3 business days within West Malaysia.

4) The delivery times are based upon item availability and location. It usually takes between 2 to 3 business days to receive the items within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia). Delivery to East Malaysia will most likely take longer, estimated between 5 to 7 business days.

 

International

1) The standard production lead time for ready stock items from China is 1-2 days (No Logo Printing) and 7-10 days (With Logo Printing) depending on the printing requirement and quantity purchased

2) We can also custom order for you from our China factories, standard production Lead time 15-45 days depending on the printing requirement and quantity purchased, etc

3) Standard items that are ready stock from China will be delivered between 7 to 12 business days within West Malaysia by Air Freight service. For Sea Freight service will take longer, estimated between 18 to 25 days.
